Anna McKenna

A long-standing Deputy Headteacher with huge experience, Anna has been frequently mentioned in OFSTED despatches for dramatically improving attendance and leading innovative curriculum design.

Caroline Chadwick

Specialisms – English, Support for most able pupils, ITT

An inspirational teacher and phase leader, Caroline brings energy and innovation to teaching and learning. Feedback from her training sessions is always excellent and all of her mentored practitioners have achieved outstanding observations – not a coincidence!

Claire Cook

Claire is a National Autistic Society trainer, has many years of experience leading and managing an ASD provision and delivering social and communication support to schools and families. She currently leads the Alliance’s SEND network and outreach work.

Jennie Mosley

Jennie is a KS2 lead moderator with a wealth of experience raising standards in secondary schools.  She has particular expertise advising primary schools on how to encourage pupils to achieve level 6 in reading and writing.

Rachael Macklearn

Specialisms – Leadership Of The Curriculum, English
Phase – Primary
Rachael has considerable experience of raising standards in schools, both as an Advanced Skills Teacher, a seconded senior leader and a Local Consultant for Improvement. She recently redesigned the curriculum for a school that received an ‘OUTSTANDING’ judgement from OFSTED.

Rebecca Strong

Need to raise standards in Maths? Rebecca has developed an inspiring maths curriculum which has significantly raised achievement. She completed the Maths Specialist Teacher programme with a distinction and was also awarded a distinction for her Master’s degree. She is currently leading our new curriculum maths project with the National Centre for Excellence in Teaching Mathematics.

Rob Waiting

An Assistant Head who has just helped his school to a judgement of ‘OUTSTANDING’, Rob is an inspirational Lead Teacher for Maths and curriculum designer. He is accredited with the National Centre for Excellence in Teaching Mathematics, holds a first class honours degree from Oxford and gained a distinction in his Master’s degree. Sue Rockall

Sue is a highly experienced and much respected school business manager who runs our business manager network.  She is available to support schools with all elements of finance and administration.

Tim Holloway

Specialism – Media, English, ICT
Phase – Secondary And Primary
BAFTA nominated television producer, Tim produced ‘Casualty’ for many years and directed numerous TV dramas before moving into education. Head of Media Studies at a successful secondary school, his hugely popular course – ‘Using Film in Primary Schools’ has been developed with the Teaching School and AQA.

Tim’s GCSE and A Level Media results are consistently in the top 10% of those in the country for Value Added and many of his students have gone on to successful careers in the Media industries. He is visiting lecturer at Central School of Speech and Drama and has been a mentor for ITT in Media Studies for 5 years.
